Interesting how it is now seen (for instance, by work colleagues and also opinion pools) that Tony Blair has won the argument. I wonder if the size of the anti-war demonstration this weekend will match that of a few weeks ago. Of course, now that "Our Boys" have gone in action, "everyone" is pulling behind them. But for anti-war demonstrators would it not be logical to encourage our troops to mutiny and refuse to fight? If this is an unjust war, can it be morally right to fight in it? And does the fact that the UK has all-volunteer forces enter into the equation?
