I've not written anything for a while. That's not because I've lost interest in my new toy, it's because I've been offline since Thursday, It's like having your arm cut off. What did people do before the internet and mobile phones? The good news is that now have telephone connectivity at home, hence an internet connection (but where did my working modem cable go?). The next step is to get ADSL. My books arrived out of storage today also. I managed to get up five of my sets of shelves. They just fit along one wall. The other two will go in the corner. There might even be room for a third (new) one if I'm really lucky. Getting the books on the shelves will be a major task. Getting them organised an even bigger one. But I'm starting, slowly, to get there. My new TV arrives on Wednesday. Great!
