Just got back from my PASSPORT course in Sutton Courtney, near Oxford (http://www.passport.co.uk). Well worth it if you like that kind of thing, although there was nothing blinding new if, like me, you have spent time doing life coaching or CBT. No sign of the magic key yet. Still, it was good to actually extended face-to-face contact with the facilitators. I enjoyed the exercises. One involved cutting out pictures and words from a magazine that resonate in some way with what you want. Another was to write a story describing a day in your life on 22 March 2008. Very useful as a way of focussing your thinking about what you tactually want in the future. My thinking is generally not very focussed. So many possibilities and what if I get the wrong one. But no-one ever said life was supposed to be easy. Pity.
