Hot Wash Up
Mar. 13th, 2003 08:50 amYou'll be pleased to know that I've solved the problem with my washing machine. The Whirlpool engineer came yesterday. The problem is with the door seal. Because it's new and tight, it presses too hard against the door stopping the catch from opening. It is necessary to push the door in; then the release will work.
Whoah! I can wash clothes again! Apparently as the seal wears, it will become less tight and the problem should go away.
Now that I have finally got multichannel TV, how will I ever know what to watch? Or find time to do anything other than watch TV?
The other thing I *desperately need are some extension plugs. My current solution is more than a kludge and doesn't support my phone, printer, sub-woofer and stereo. We need wireless power. Just where is Nikola Tesla these days?
